I attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Studio Art with a concentration in Graphic Design. Apart from graphic design I was able to take traditional art courses in painting and drawing. I enjoy painting my favorite musicians and social figures that inspire me in all aspects of my life. I like to use a nontraditional color palate and paint in a more expressive style. I can't say I have any specific artistic influences for my work. I really just like creating and I find art to be a very cathartic process. I'm greatly inspired by music and American history. Recently I have been exploring social, political and environmental issues in my work.
 

I work the 9 to 5 as a graphic designer.  Apart from art I am a singer-songwriter. I have a great passion for writing and performing my original songs. I recently released a full length studio album called Shadowlands. I have had the privilege of playing in Pittsburgh, Johnstown, Greensburg, Indiana and eastern Pennsylvania. I have also brought my music out of state in New York and New Jersey. I love letting my music grow and sharing my ideas with others. 
 

Armstrong county has a fair share of independent artists and I think it would good to create some sort of hub for artists to get together. Maybe a place that would give artists the opportunity to display art and provide an inclusive environment for the arts.
